Recently, I’ve been feeling mentally and emotionally drained by social and professional obligation. It’s so easy to forget about your own self-care when you’re caring for others. As many of my friendships are a special bonds focusing on care I’ve decided it’s time to take 40 Days of Silence for myself.
In this time I will focus on reflection and personal growth. I’ll limit my time spent with friends and family and focus on recharging my batteries.
