Grab A Bowl

I was blue for an entire summer–It’s strange how depression can colour any bright thing–but one day things weren’t blue anymore… they were purple.

Someone once said to me, “it gets better.” I laughed at them, because they assumed it hadn’t already. This is my happy, maybe it just isn’t yours.

I was a bird in my past life.
